3. Booking & Deposits

- A. Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked online through our approved scheduling platform (such as The Scalp Lounge USA Booking System or another listed provider). You will receive confirmation and reminders via email or SMS once your booking is complete.

- B. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The deposit amount is applied toward your total service balance.

- C. Payment Policy

Remaining balances are due on the date of service and may be paid via cash, card, or the accepted payment platforms (e.g., Square, Stripe, or GlossGenius).

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Shows

We understand life happens — however, please respect our specialists’ time by following the cancellation guidelines below:

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance (based on your specialist’s policy).

Cancellations made with less notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-shows or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.

5. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may not be transferable.

6. Client Conduct & Health Disclosure

You must disclose any relevant scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition poses health or safety concerns.

Disrespectful, inappropriate, or aggressive behavior toward staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of the appointment and possible restriction from future bookings.

7. Photos, Videos, & Media Use

With your written or verbal consent, we may capture before-and-after photos or videos of your service for educational or marketing purposes (including social media, website, or print materials).
